Pure ground cocoa nibs set into solid blocks — the core ingredient for chocolate, compounds and confectionery.

Overview
Cocoa liquor, also called cocoa mass, is made by roasting and finely grinding cocoa nibs into a smooth paste that hardens as it cools.
It contains both cocoa butter and cocoa solids, giving chocolate makers a complete cocoa base with full flavour.
